Data: Here data means the content, database, code of the website of our customers, merchants and companies etc.
Meta Data: Here meta data means personal information of customers, merchants, companies like Aadhar, PAN, contact details, addresses etc.
Block A:This is the type of work we do for customers where we work on a short time agreement. These customers can be found from different places like techpyro.com, social media, Freelancing Market Place etc. This customer is service base.
Block B: The work of this type of customers is subscription base which will be minimum of 1 year where after 1 year responsibilities will be extended as depends on work and customer can also renew it. This customer is product and service base.
By accessing the Website, you agree to the following terms with Techpyro.
We share the content and information of our website without telling you. Will keep changing with time
Techpyro is a Digital product and service providing company where it provides Tech and non tech services where it targets 2 types of users, one is "Block A" and the second is "Block B".
We may change or add to the Website or the information, products or services described therein from time to time and without notice. However, we do not undertake to keep the website up to date. We are not liable to you or anyone else if there are any errors in information on the Website or if that information is not current.
Before using the Website or online/offline services, you must read the whole User Agreement, the Website policies and all linked information.
You must read and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in and linked to this User Agreement, the “Code of Conduct”, the Freelancer “Privacy Policy” and all website policies. By accepting this User Agreement when you access our Website, Online or Offline Services, you agree that whenever you use the Website, or when you use the tools we provide to interact with the Website This User Agreement will apply. Some websites may have additional or other terms that we provide to you when you use those services.
You will not use the Website or Offline Services if you:
Block A:
1. are not able to form legally binding contracts;
2. are under the age of 16;
3. a person barred from receiving and rendering services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction;
4. do not hold a valid email address or Phone Number.
Block B:
1. are not able to form legally binding contracts;
2. are under the age of 16;
3. a person barred from receiving and rendering services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction;
4. do not hold a valid email address or Phone Number.
5. do not hold one Government Identity (Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID) .
Here we will define what type of services we provide and what type of services we do provide.
1. Provided Services
At Techpyro, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet your digital needs, including but not limited to:

DevOps: Implementing efficient development and operational processes to enhance software delivery.
UI/UX Designing: Designing user-friendly interfaces and experiences to improve user engagement.
Blockchain:Developing secure and decentralized blockchain solutions.
Digital Marketing:Crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to boost your online presence.
Graphic and Logo Design:Designing impactful graphics and logos to strengthen your brand identity.
Server and Domain Management:Managing servers and domains to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Server and Domain Security:Providing security services for servers and domains to protect .
Data Protection:Ensuring data security and protection with annual subscription-based Services.
2. Restricted Services
Techpyro adheres strictly to Indian laws and regulations. As such, the following services are restricted and not offered by us:
Illegal Activities:We do not engage in or support any illegal activities, including hacking, unauthorized data access, or any activities that violate the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Content Restrictions:We do not create, host, or distribute content that is obscene, defamatory, or promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination, as per the Indian Penal Code and other relevant laws.
Gambling and Betting: Services related to online gambling, betting, or any form of wagering activities are not provided, in compliance with the Public Gambling Act, 1867.
Financial Frauds:We do not support or engage in creating or promoting any schemes or services related to financial fraud or scams, in accordance with the Indian Penal Code and other financial regulations.
Adult Content and Pornography:We do not create, host, or distribute any form of adult content or pornography, adhering to the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, and other relevant laws.
Pornographic Sites:We do not design, develop, or maintain any websites or applications that contain or promote pornographic content.
1. Code:
Here, our customers' codes are kept highly secure and the code cannot be shared with any third party unless the user has permission.
Block A type user's code does not take any responsibility after work is completed.
The responsibility of Block B type user is till the time his subscription is valid.
On the demand of the user, we can permanently transfer the code to him and if the user wants, he can delete the code from our system.
2. Data Security & backup:
Both customer data and meta data cannot be shared with any third party unless the customer has permission.
Block A: In this type, the data of the customer's database is kept in the tab only while the work is going on and no responsibility is taken for its bad records.
Block B: This type takes responsibility of the user's data till the subscription is valid and takes monthly backup of the database free. On the demand of the customer, he can also transfer his data and without the customer's permission, his data is not shared with any third party.
Note:If the backup of Block B Customer's database is done monthly, if there is any data loss in between, then due to any problem, he will not be able to backup it and will not be responsible. If you want to enable the backup of weekly database, then contact Techpyro Team. I will give you complete information about its extra charges and process.
3. Management & Maintenance
Here, we provide this service for Block B type users, from the moment the subscription is valid tab, we manage the user's server and domain.
In this service we manage the speed, security and traffic of our user's website and most importantly if the traffic is increasing and the database is filled then we inform the user to increase their server for this. From Techpyro Team Contact us and tell us your details.
Note:This service includes website, app etc. We do not make extra changes in any service. If we have any problem then we will fix it but if you want to make any extra changes then we will charge extra for it. Contact Techpyro Team.
Here the subscription charges are not fixed, they keep changing as per the project renewals but some items are fixed, i.e. what will you pay for the subscription so please check below.
Include In Subscription: There are 7 types of costing in subscription: development, deployment, Server, Domain, management & maintenance, code security, data security & backup.
Note:This development and deployment is a one time charge and other charges are levied every year. If the data in the database increases and the traffic on the site increases, the subscription charge can also increase every year. This will vary from project to project and along with it, management and maintenance can also increase. Our team will inform you about this charge. Contact Techpyro Team for more information before increasing the charge.
Exclude In Subscription:
- Extra changes
- Database size increases
- Site Traffic increases
Charges: As we have told in our Section 5 that we have developed only in our subscription, if there are any bugs in it, we will update it for free and apart from this, any extra update will be chargeable and these charges are not fixed, it depends on how many updates will be done. If any user needs to update then contact our team, we will tell you the time and cost.
Timelines: Whatever updates we have, our team will update weekly, meaning we will collect charges from Monday to Sunday and update you but it will take at least a week for each charge, it can be more than that, it's totally dependent on number updates. Your changes will be done on Monday of every week.
In this section we will explain what our payment processes are for both “Block A” and “Block B” users before the project starts.
Block A: For these type of users, before starting the project, we will break the cost of the project into 5 milestones.
1. Advance Payment: In this we will take 20% payment of the entire project before the project starts.
2. Lower Payment:This payment will be taken after completion of 25% project work. In this we will take 25% payment of the total cost.
3. Middle Payment: This payment will be taken after completion of 50% project work . In this we will take Next 25% payment of the total cost.
4. Upper Middle Payment: This payment will be taken after completion of 90% project work. In this we will take Next 15% payment (25% adjust with advance payment so user pay only 15%) of the total cost.
5. Final Payment: This payment will be taken after completion of 100% project work . In this we will take Last 10% payment of the total cost.
Block B: For these type of users, before starting the project, we will break the cost of the project into 5 milestones.
1. Advance Payment: In this we will take 20% payment of the entire project before the project starts.

Note:After completion of the project of Block B users, their subscription will start and minimum 1 year subscription will be there, payment will be made from above milestones from customer and after 1 year our team will inform for renewal .
Our team will inform you before 1 month of getting the subscription account. If your payment is not made on the subscription account then after 1 month (after expiring subscription) then we will close all your services. Our team will inform you only after giving you the due date of 1 month. Payment will have to be made and we will not be responsible for the loss of any of your things (data, code etc.) after closing the service.
